Sales Improvement System
Sales AI
designed to
improve your sales process.
CloseIntel is the AI sales improvement system built on your sales process, not a generic scorecard. It ramps new hires, grades your team’s calls, trains each sales professional on their gaps, tells managers who to coach first, and suggests improvements to the process itself.
The Problem
Your sales professionals are “training” on expensive prospects.
Small teams train the way they always have: a week or two at hire, a top producer to shadow, a manager who listens to a call when there’s time. Everything after that, your sales professionals learn on the prospects you paid for.
Initial training · 2 weeks
Continued training · none
Two weeks of training. Then they’re on their own.
Most of it fades within a month unless it’s practiced. What sticks is whatever the sales professional does on the calls, right or wrong.
Murre & Dros, PLOS ONE, 2015
Your best sales professional is the training program.
New hires learn by shadowing them, so when they’re selling, nobody’s training. When they leave, the training leaves with them.
Nobody hears the call.
Less than 1%
of sales calls ever get a manager’s review. A miss nobody hears is a miss that repeats.

Your Sales Process
Your sales process isn’t generic. So why should your AI enablement solution be?
Most platforms score a call with one generic model and hand every team the same advice. CloseIntel grades each call against your process: your phases, in your order, with your goals and success criteria.
New-hire Onboarding + Ramp
Ramp new hires on your process. They have to pass, not just finish.
Boot Camp takes each hire from day one to their first real sale, in the order you set: your policies, their manager, your product, your sales process, learning modules and AI roleplay. They reach the next stage by passing graded roleplays and mock calls, not by ticking boxes.
Sales Presentation Review
In-depth intel from each call.
Every phase of the call gets a letter grade, and every grade comes with the reason behind it. The scorecard shows how the call ended, the overall rating, the best and weakest phase, which discovery topics were covered or missed, and an action plan for the next call.
Grading is automatic. No one has to listen back or fill in a scorecard, and the weakest phase becomes the sales professional’s next drill.

AI Roleplay
Train on buyers that mimic the prospects your team actually faces.
Roleplay only works when the buyer sounds like the people your sales professionals actually face, built from real calls.
Every simulation is scored on the same rubric as real calls. When a sales professional struggles or isn’t sure what to say next, Coached Mode steps in with the right move, and the next real call shows whether it landed.

Increase Manager Capacity
Know who to coach, on what, and how.
Triage is built for your training managers, not in place of them. Every sales professional on the team lands on one board, so managers know who needs coaching now and the phase or objection it comes down to.
Open anyone on the board and kick off the plan from there: the roleplay, the course or the drill, assigned through the platform, and the next real calls show whether it landed.

Calibration
You set the bar. We raise it for you.
Calls, grades, roleplays, drills, coaching plans and the sales process itself all land in one place, the Sales Improvement Engine: your company’s sales brain.
After sufficient intel is collected, it proposes updates to your sales process based on what’s actually working on your calls. You publish. It never rewrites the process by itself.
FAQ
Questions buyers ask first.
Sales professionals see their own grades, drills and practice, plus the team leaderboard. Managers see their own team, including practice sessions. Admins control who sees what.
No. Your calls are not used to train AI models. Card and bank details are always redacted before storage, and contact details are redacted by default. Names are not redacted.
Yes. Calls are graded as they arrive from your recorder or an upload, with no one asking for a review. Long calls get a second, deeper pass. Grading happens after the call, not during it.
