Billing
Monthly or annual, billed in advance in US dollars and processed through Stripe. Annual is ten months of the monthly price for twelve.
Refunds and cancellation
Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, and access continues through the end of the paid period. A signed agreement controls over the cancel-anytime language that applies to self-service subscriptions.
Price changes
Pricing changes only with 30 days’ notice.
Usage
Each seat carries a monthly call-analysis allowance with two grace analyses. Consistent overage is scoped into a fitted plan, never metered silently.

There is no free trial and no self-serve signup. The path is a 15-minute discovery call, then a 30-minute working demo run on your own recordings, with no credit card and no trial wall. If there is fit, we scope a rollout on that call, including a fitted plan and pricing for your seat count.
The same product for every standard seat, 5 to 74. There are no feature tiers: every seat gets Intel on every call (five lenses, 15+ graded dimensions), Hivemind top-performer extraction, the Training Simulator (text, voice, video, and face-to-face avatar), the Arsenal (courses, resources, drills, leaderboards), the Compliance Engine, Boot Camp for new-hire ramp (enabled for your workspace at onboarding), and all five native integrations (Zoom automatic sync coming soon; share link or upload today). The only thing that changes with volume is the per-seat price. Enterprise (75+) adds SSO / SAML, a custom domain, and a dedicated account manager.
Every seat gets two grace analyses per month for free, so occasional spikes don't get blocked. If a team consistently runs over the included allowance, we scope a fitted overage policy in the demo conversation. Nothing is silently dropped, and nothing surprises you on the invoice.
Annual billing is ten months of the monthly price for twelve months, so it saves two months per seat compared to paying monthly. It is the better choice for teams planning a full sales year on the platform. Monthly is the better choice for short pilots or teams with fluctuating headcount.
