A sub-processor is any third party that processes customer data on behalf of Austin Matthews LLC, operating as CloseIntel.ai ("we," "our," or "us"), in order to deliver the platform. We publish the complete list below — and update it before any new sub-processor begins processing customer data — so security and procurement teams can audit the full vendor chain without an NDA gate. This page is the authoritative source; if it disagrees with a vendor list elsewhere on the site, this page controls.
The sub-processors listed below are grouped by the role they perform. The data category describes the type of customer data each provider receives in the ordinary course of providing the service.

We update this page before any new sub-processor begins processing customer data. Paid customers may subscribe to change notifications by emailing security@closeintel.ai — we provide at least thirty days' advance notice of a material change, except where a change is required immediately for security or legal reasons.
Customers who have executed a Data Processing Agreement may object to a new sub-processor on reasonable, documented grounds. If we cannot accommodate the objection within thirty days of notice, the affected portion of the service may be terminated. The full procedure, including the rights and remedies available to the customer, is set out in the DPA.
How we collect and handle the data described above is governed by our Privacy Policy. Procurement-level security posture, sub-processor flows in context, and audit status live on our Trust Center.
