Changelog

What shipped, month by month.

Customer-facing changes only, dated when they reached production. For how a feature works, the help center at support.closeintel.ai has the walkthrough.

September 2026

A public FAQ hub, an honest category guide, integration pages, complete structured data, and crawl fixes for search and answer engines.

Public FAQ hub

The questions buyers actually ask before choosing a sales training platform now have one page: what CloseIntel is and is not, what it costs and on what terms, which recorders it connects to, how call data is handled, how it compares to alternatives, and what "closed-loop" means in practice. See /faq.

An honest look at the category

The best AI sales training and coaching platforms in 2026 puts CloseIntel in the same table as Hyperbound, Second Nature, Mindtickle, Kendo, Gong, Allego, Quantified, Luster, and Awarathon, scored on the same criteria, with the date each row was verified against public material.

One page per integration

Fireflies, Fathom, Dialpad, GoHighLevel, and Zoom each have a page that explains what connects, what data flows, how setup works, and what CloseIntel deliberately does not do (it never joins or records a call). See /works-with/fireflies.

Site plumbing for search and answer engines

The site now publishes a complete structured-data graph (organization, product offers, FAQs, breadcrumbs), a canonical URL on every page, sitemaps whose dates move only when content changes, and a per-host robots policy that keeps preview and app hosts out of search results.

August 2026

CloseIntel, LLC becomes the operating entity; the public legal pages and every customer agreement now name it.

CloseIntel, LLC is the operating entity

CloseIntel is now built and operated by CloseIntel, LLC, a Florida company headquartered in Tampa. The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement, and Cookie Policy were updated on 2026-08-20 to name the new entity, and the customer and reseller agreements carry the same name.

July 2026

The public REST API and developer reference launched.

Public REST API and developer reference

Workspaces can now push call transcripts and recordings into CloseIntel and read analyzed calls back out through a documented REST API, launched on 2026-07-26. API keys carry explicit scopes, requests are rate-limited at 100 per minute per key and per workspace, idempotency keys make retries safe, and every error code is listed on the reference page at /developers.
